Step 1:  Get HP Passport user ID, Learner's ID. -

Register on the above link. It will take 3 days to get below two mails:

Reset Your password using the link.
Now you have HP Passport user ID, Learner's ID, Password
Also You have access to

Step 2:  Register at Pearson's using Learner's ID.

HP doesn't conduct exams.They have tie up with  Pearson's to conduct the exam.

Click on Create account for new users

Fill all the details including address, Learner's ID, mail.
You will receive a mail from Pearson asking to activate your account.
Follow the instructions and activate your account.

Now you have Pearson's login credentials.

Step 3 : Take the exam at Pearson's .

Click Sign in and login  using your Pearson credentials.
Click on Schedule and Purchase exams on left upper tab.
Click View Proctored Exams.

Search for HP0-M103 HP LoadRunner 12.x Software

Schedule this exam and choose test center nearest to you.

Select the convenient time slot and proceed to check out.
Pay for the exam.Once you pay you will receive all the exam details through mail..
You can reschedule the exam  before prior time.

The best dump for this exam is the user guide that comes with Loadrunner installation.
